Scope of this privacy policy

  1. This privacy policy applies only to the actions of MobiFuel Ltd and Users with respect to the Portals. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from these Portals including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

  1. For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, MobiFuel Ltd is the "data controller". This means that MobiFuel Ltd determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.

    1. Stripe (Or other Payment Processors; that allow us to receive payment from you in exchange for our services)

  1. To the extent that you access the Portals, we will collect your Data automatically, for example:

    1. we automatically collect some information about your visit to the Website. This information helps us to make improvements to Website content and navigation, and includes your IP address, the date, times and frequency with which you access the Website and the way you use and interact with its content.

Our use of Data

  1. Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Portals. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:

Who we share Data with

    2. our employees (e.g. Drivers), agents and/or professional advisors - to deliver your orders and to gain professional advice

    3. third party payment providers who process payments made over the Portals - to enable third party payment providers to process user payments and refunds;

    4. IT service providers (including cloud systems) for the purpose of storing and analysing data

    5. relevant authorities - to facilitate the detection of crime or the collection of taxes or duties;

Keeping Data secure

  1. We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data, for example:

    1. We adopt policies to ensure the personal information we hold about you is suitably protected. We take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

Data retention
